To use the website and make any booking you MUST be over the age of 15 yeard old. If you are not your booking will not be valid as this goes against our policy

Any bookings will be made via a third party link. payment details will be accepted there, please check there policies if you have any concerns.

Any bridal enquiry forms must be filled out properly so we can respond to this. If not then your form could be missed. Please Make sure all dates are correct, as this could lead to disappoint and errors regarding your wedding day.

Bridal bookings will pay a maximum of 35% of the final quote price to reserve your date. If it is not paid your date will not be held

Final amounts will be payed by deadline date (unless discussed otherwise) or be at risk of cancellation
